      本文以天山水泥某5 000 t/d新型干法水泥窑协同处置450 t/d生活垃圾项目为例,介绍了“一级急冷+二级冷却器+袋式除尘”工艺的旁路放风系统的工艺配制和实践运行情况。对运行过程中的问题进行了改进,验证了旁路放风的除氯效果和放风能力,检测了旁路放风灰的粒径分布,以及粗粉和细粉中氯元素的基本分配规律,为我厂及其他类似工厂的旁路放风系统的运行提供经验。

      Taking a 5 000 t/d new dry process cement kiln of Tianshan Cement as an example, this paper introduces the process preparation and practical operation of the bypass ventilation system of "primary quench + secondary cooler + bag dust removal". The problems in the operation process were improved, the chlorine removal effect and ventilation capacity of bypass ventilation were verified, the particle size distribution of bypass ventilation ash and the basic distribution law of chlorine in coarse powder and fine powder were detected, so as to provide experience for the operation of bypass ventilation system in our plant and other similar plants.
