| 针对现有板结飞灰预处理系统存在割袋装置易卡顿、破碎效果差、人工参与度高、效率低等问题，我公司设计一种新型板结飞灰预处理系统工艺，智能化控制，实现板结飞灰吨袋自动上料、破袋、挤压卸料的自运行工序，大大降低减少人工参与工作量，实现平均每小时处理12袋约7.2 t板结飞灰，满足用户安全高效无害化处置要求。 |

| In view of the problems of the existing compacted fly ash pretreatment system, such as easy jamming of the bag cutting device, poor crushing effect, high manual participation, and low efficiency, our company designed a new compacted fly ash pretreatment system technology with intelligent control , To realize the self-operating process of automatic loading, bag breaking, and squeezing and unloading of ton bags of compacted fly ash, which greatly reduces the workload of manual participation, and achieves an average of 12 bags of about 7.2 t of compacted fly ash per hour, which meets the user's requirements for safe, efficient and harmless disposal. |
