      针对低水泥浇注料在养护过程中的返碱损毁,系统分析了返碱的物理过程和化学机理。浇注料所用的原材料成分、养护过程、浇注料的气孔率和气孔孔径等因素都会对返碱损毁过程产生影响。在实际应用过程中,根据不同影响因素结合低水泥浇注料的流动性、和易性、硬化时间、防爆性等性能要求进行综合考虑,采用针对性的控制措施能够产生有利效果。
英文摘要:
      The physical process and chemical mechanism of alkali recovery of low cement castable were systematically analyzed. The raw material composition, curing process, porosity and pore diameter of castable will affect the alkali recovery damage process. In the process of practical application, according to different influencing factors and combined with the performance requirements of low cement castable, such as fluidity, workability, hardening time and explosion-proof, targeted control measures can produce favorable results.
