针对国内外再生骨料使用情况对现有再生骨料物理化学强化方法以及基于微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积(Microbially induced carbonate precipitation, MICP)技术改性方法做出了系统性的归纳总结,分析传统改性方法的特点并指出存在的问题和改进思路。针对基于微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积(MICP)技术改性方法的研究现状,针对菌种选择,矿化处理方式和外界影响因素三个方面进行讨论,指出当前改性方式可以较好提升再生骨料强度和表观密度,降低其压碎指标和吸水率,但由于矿化微生物难以深入再生骨料微小裂隙,影响再生骨料整体强化效果。建议今后应用仿真模拟技术开展微生物矿化沉积改性再生骨料微结构层面分析,进一步研究其改性作用机理,提升改性效果,对今后该领域研究提供一定的借鉴意义。 |

According to the application conditions of recycled aggregate (MICP) at home and abroad, the traditional methods and microbial induced carbonate precipitation technology of modification research was systematically summarized. The existed problems and improvement ideas were given based on the characters of traditional modification methods. Comprehensively considered the choice of bacterial, means of mineralization as well as external factors and based on the research status of microbial induced carbonate precipitation technology, the deficiencies and research directions in the future were pointed. The problem at present which is summarized is difficult to make the mineralized microorganism go deep into the microcrack of recycled aggregate and make the metabolism reactions under the harsh environment that oxygen deficiency and high alkalinity within the microcracks and eventually remedy the cracks as well as affect the mineralization efficiency. The application of analogue simulation technology on analysis of microbial induced carbonate precipitation technology modified recycled aggregate in microstructure level was suggested, and further investigate its mechanism and promote the modification efficiency. At the same time the concept that modifying recycled aggregate based on enzyme induced carbonate precipitation was given in order to provide this research filed with some referential value in the future. |
