      根据哈萨克斯坦油田对G级高抗硫油井水泥实际应用要求,公司通过配料方案调整、熟料煅烧、水泥比表面积与生产储备等多方面研究G级高抗硫油井水泥质量控制方法,达到降低与稳定G级高抗硫油井水泥初始稠度目的。该产品已广泛应用于哈萨克斯坦国内多家油气开采公司,产品具有初始稠度低、强度较高、游离液低、抗硫酸盐性能好等优点,质量指标符合油气固井工程技术要求。
英文摘要:
      According to the practical application requirements of G-grade high sulfur resistant oil well cement in Kazakhstan oilfield, the company studyed the quality control method of G-grade high sulfur resistant oil well cement through adjusting the batching scheme, calcining clinker, specific surface area of cement and production reserve, so as to reduce and stabilize the initial consistency of grade G high sulfur resistant oil well cement. The product has been widely used in many oil and gas production companies in Kazakhstan. The product has the advantages of low initial consistency, high strength, low free fluid and good sulfate resistance. The quality index meets the technical requirements of oil and gas cementing engineering.
