我公司拥有两条设计产能100万t/的TRMS56.3矿渣立磨生产线。2014年6月投产以来,立磨生产线运行相对稳定,但是存在磨机振动偏大,对热风温度反应敏感,煤耗高,电耗不理想,磨辊液压缸活塞杆损坏频次高等问题。我厂从2016年开始,通过加强工艺管理,完善工艺流程,优化操控参数,加强技术改造等措施,矿粉吨电耗最高下降1.87 kWh,矿粉吨标煤耗下降5 0kg以上,立磨振动值从1.6 mm/s降至1.2 mm/s以下,近三年磨辊液压缸活塞杆损坏为零。 |

Our company has two TRMS56.3 slag vertical mill production lines with a design capacity of 1 million tons. Since it was put into operation in June 2014, the vertical mill production line has been relatively stable, but there are some problems, such as large vibration of the mill, sensitive to hot air temperature, high coal consumption, unsatisfactory power consumption, and high frequency of damage to the piston rod of the roller hydraulic cylinder. Since 2016, through strengthening process management, improving process flow, optimizing control parameters, strengthening technical transformation and other measures, the highest power consumption per ton of mineral powder has decreased by 1.87 kWh, the standard coal consumption per ton of mineral powder has decreased by more than 5 kg, the vibration value of vertical mill has decreased from 1.6 mm/s to less than 1.2 mm/s, and the damage of piston rod of roller hydraulic cylinder has been zero in recent three years. |
