      随着国家环保治理的不断深入,很多拥有工业锅炉和窑炉的企业被要求煤改气。我公司作为一家使用独立烘干热源的矿粉企业,2018~2020年间,在当地政府环保部门的要求下完成了两台沸腾炉的煤改气工作。改造完成后,使用天然气作为燃料能够保证矿粉企业的稳定供热需求;在热能利用率上比使用兰炭更高,能够节能15%以上;同时在使用先进的燃烧技术和合理控制燃烧温度的情况下,在矿粉企业使用天然气作为燃料,可以满足河北省《水泥工业大气污染物超低排放标准》DB13/2167—2020排放要求。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous deepening of national environmental protection, many enterprises with industrial boilers and kilns are required to convert coal to gas. As a mineral powder company that uses an independent drying heat source, during 2018~2020, under the requirements of the local government's environmental protection department, our company completed the conversion of two fluidized furnaces from coal to gas. After the transformation is completed, the use of natural gas as the fuel can ensure the stable heating demand of the ore powder enterprises; the heat energy utilization rate is higher than the use of blue charcoal, which can save energy by more than 15%; at the same time, the use of advanced combustion technology and reasonable control of combustion temperature Under the circumstances, the use of natural gas as fuel in mineral powder enterprises can meet the emission requirements of Hebei Province's "Ultra Low Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry" DB13/2167—2020.
