      本文针对散装系统与管理系统传统通讯方式中存在的实用性不高、服务器压力大等问题,提出了一种基于双方规约协议的接口设计,利用PLC开放式通信库和函数将协议指令进行解码、编码和交互,管理系统将富文本信息编码后发送至散装PLC,散装PLC进行解码后显示在操作界面上。实践证明,基于规约协议的接口设计,既能降低管理系统的网络及负载压力,又能让司机在无工厂人员情况下,掌握装车动态,且能在装车异常时根据提示信息自行处理,避免车队积压和过度等待,提高了系统的生产效率和现代化管理。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems of low practicability and high server pressure in the traditional communication mode between bulk system and management system, this paper proposes an interface design based on protocol of both sides. The protocol instructions are decoded, encoded and interacted by using PLC open communication library and functions, and the management system encodes the rich text information and sends it to bulk PLC, The bulk PLC is decoded and displayed on the operation interface. Practice has proved that the interface design based on protocol can not only reduce the network and load pressure of the management system, but also enable the driver to master the loading dynamics without factory personnel, and can handle the abnormal loading according to the prompt information, so as to avoid the overstock and excessive waiting of the fleet, and improve the production efficiency and modern management of the system.
