| The uneven distribution of kiln skin, long thick kiln skin, and ring formation in the precalcining kiln are common process phenomena in the firing system of the cement industry. The article analyzes the causes of the skin formation in the precalcining kiln in combination with the actual production process，including raw meal chemistry, the composition, coal pulverized coal quality, operation and thermal system, etc. and proposes targeted treatment measures. |
