| Combined with the production example of 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line in our plant, by adjusting the proportioning scheme and strengthening the operation in the central control room, the desulfurization system is stopped, the ammonia consumption is reduced, the power consumption is reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the corrosion degree of the large bag dust collector at the kiln end and the chimney at the kiln end is slowed down. The SO2 emission from the flue gas at the kiln end of our company is controlled below 30 mg/m3. |
