      国内应用的高效率料床粉磨设备辊压机(或外循环立磨)作为管磨机前预粉磨设备与管磨机和高效选粉机组成的水泥联合(半终)粉磨系统(开路或闭路),相对优秀的水泥粉磨电耗指标已达到≤22 kWh/t,甚至极少数粉磨电耗达到≤20 kWh/t,较差粉磨电耗水平仍有≥38 kWh/t。本文以多个实际生产案例为依据,分析了影响水泥联合(半终)粉磨系统产量及电耗的相关因素。探讨了将辊压机双闭路水泥联合粉磨系统改造为双闭路水泥半终粉磨系统,实现增产降耗的技术途径。

      In domestic applied cement combined (semi final) grinding systems (open circuit or closed circuit) composed of high-efficiency bed grinding equipment roller press (or external circulation vertical mill) as the pre-grinding equipment befor tube mill, tube mill and high-efficiency powder concentrator, the relatively excellent cement grinding power consumption index has reached ≤ 220kWh/t , even a few has reached ≤ 20 kWh/t, and some still were more than 38 kWh/t. Based on a number of actual production cases, this paper analyzes the related factors affecting the output and power consumption of cement combined (semi final) grinding system. Discusses the technical way to increase production and reduce consumption by transforming the roller press double closed circuit cement combined grinding system into double closed circuit cement semi final grinding system.
