      针对水泥窑协同处置液态危废对水泥熟料生产的影响,文章从烧成系统、煤耗、熟料产量及质量和大气污染物排放四个方面研究分析。研究结果表明窑头废液处置期间:喂料量基本保持不变;会使二次风温波动幅度增加10 ℃左右;总煤用量基本没有明显波动;熟料产量均在5 000 t/d以上,28 d抗压强度维持在55.2~55.6 MPa;颗粒物含量在2.65~2.78 mg/m3,NOx含量在82.13~85.71 mg/m3,SO2含量在11.21~16.73 mg/m3,HCl含量在0.05~0.13 mg/m3,均满足标准要求。

      Aiming at the impact of cement kiln co-processing of liquid hazardous waste on cement clinker production, this article analyzes the four aspects of the firing system, coal consumption, clinker output and quality, and air pollutant emissions. The research results show that during the disposal of the kiln head waste liquid: the feed amount remains basically unchanged;The fluctuation range of the secondary air temperature will increase by about 10 ℃;The total coal consumption basically does not fluctuate; The clinker output is above 5 000 t/d , 28 d compressive strength is maintained at 55.2~55.6 MPa; particulate matter content is between 2.65~2.78 mg/m3, NOx content is between 82.13~85.71 mg/m3, SO2 content is between 11.21~16.73 mg/m3, and HCl content is between 0.05~0.13 mg /m3, all meet the standard requirements.
