      本文对影响水泥需水量的主要因素进行了分析,主要有:熟料矿物组成、混合材的种类与用量、石膏种类、碱含量、水泥颗粒分布等。并通过直接掺加法研究了助磨剂对水泥需水量的影响,结果表明,水泥的需水量与助磨剂没有直接的关系,但是因为使用助磨剂会改变水泥的颗粒级配、增加水泥混合材用量等,会间接影响水泥的需水量。
英文摘要:
      This article analyzes the main factors affecting the water demand of cement, including clinker mineral composition, type and amount of admixture, type of gypsum, alkali content, cement particle distribution, etc. The effect of grinding aids on cement water demand is studied by direct mixing and addition. The results show that there is no direct relationship between the water demand of cement and grinding aids, but the use of grinding aids will change the particle gradation of cement and increase cement mixing. Factors such as material consumption will indirectly affect the water demand of cement.
