      通过控制加水量来调节普通硅酸盐水泥的碳酸化程度。通过对硬化浆体水化产物的种类及含量进行分析,研究了在不同的加水量下,碳酸化对普通硅酸盐水泥水化性能的影响。结果表明:在加水量为0.2%~7%的范围内,碳酸化增重率由0.133%增至6.8%;普通硅酸盐水泥经碳酸化后,生成CaCO3晶体颗粒;f-CaO的含量由1.584%下降至0.198%;随着碳酸化增重率的增大,碳酸化水泥的标准稠度用水量由0.28增至0.42;碳酸化降低了普通硅酸盐水泥3 d、28 d抗压强度,尤其对3 d抗压强度影响更为明显;碳酸化生成的CaCO3易与水泥中的C3A反应生成碳铝酸钙;碳酸化抑制普通硅酸盐水泥的早期水化,但对后期水化影响较小。

      Adjust the carbonation degree of ordinary Portland cement by controlling the amount of water added. At the different of water content, effects of carbonation on hydration characteristics of portland cement were studied by type and content of hydration products hardened paste using X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry. The results show that in the range of 0.2% to 7% water content, CO2 mass gain increases from 0.133% to 6.8%; After Portland cement is carbonated, which generates CaCO3 crystal particles; The content of f-CaO decreases from 1.584% to 0.198%; With the increase of CO2 mass gain, water demand for normal consistency of carbonated cement increase from 0.28 to 0.42; Carbonation reduces 3d and 28d compressive strength of cement, and especially has a greater impact on 3d compressive strength; Carbonation generating CaCO3 easily reacts with C3A in hydrated cement, and generate calcium carboaluminate hydrate; Carbonation inhibits the early hydration of cement, but little effect on the post-hydration.
