由半终粉磨工艺系统调试过程引发V型选粉机分级效率影响因素的分析,通过CFD技术对V型选粉机的工艺状态进行了分析,提出在V型选粉机的工艺非标设计时,采用合适的进风管可以有效的提高V型选粉机内的流场分布均匀度和分选效率,提升粉磨系统的工作效率,起到提产、节能降耗的目的。 |

The factors influencing the classification efficiency of V-type separator are analyzed during the commissioning process of semi final grinding process system,and the process state is analyzed by CFD technology. It is proposed that when the process of V-type separator is non-standard designed, the appropriate air inlet pipe can effectively improve the flow field distribution uniformity and separation efficiency, improve the work efficiency of grinding system, and play an important role to increase production, energy saving and consumption reduction. |
