| The cement kiln collaborative disposal project of Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. adopts the cement kiln collaborative disposal process of "mechanical biological pretreatment + hot plate furnace incineration". This paper introduces the process flow and main equipment characteristics of the project, analyzes the optimization measures and experience of each part in the process of project transformation, and finally takes measures to basically eliminate the adverse impact of the collaborative system on clinker production, ensure the clinker quality, and improve the clinker output per hour. |
