转炉渣中的镁元素给建材应用带来不利的影响。岩相及化学分析表明:转炉渣中的难磨相成因与MgO(Fe)和CaFeO3含铁元素高低有关。难磨相中大部分为硅酸二钙,导致转炉钢渣早期水化速度慢、强度低、而后期强度高。硅酸三钙含量偏少,导致钢渣的早期强度低。而镁元素存在于铁方镁石中且氧化镁与铁元素正相关,通过细粒级的选别将镁元素从尾渣中去除而转移至含铁料中,低镁钢渣能更好地应用于建筑系统中去。 |

The magnesium element in converter slag brings unfavorable factors to the application of building materials. The petrographic and chemical analysis shows that the genesis of refractory phase in converter slag is related to the iron content of MgO(Fe) and CaFeO3. Most of the refractory phase is dicalcium silicate, which results in the slow hydration speed and low strength of converter slag in the early stage and high strength in the later stage. The low content of tricalcium silicate results in the low early strength of steel slag. Magnesium element exists in the ferrite and magnesium oxide is positively related to iron element. Through fine-grained separation, magnesium element is removed from the tailings and transferred to the iron material. Low magnesium steel slag can be better used in the construction system. |
