      石粉作为机制砂制备过程中衍生的副产物,不仅能够提高浆体的和易性和密实度,还能提高砂浆的后期强度。通过研究不同砂灰比、水灰比条件下石粉掺量对机制砂砂浆工作性能和力学性能的影响,确定不同条件下石粉的最佳掺量。结果表明:综合考虑砂浆的工作性能和力学性能,砂灰比在1∶1、2∶1和3∶1时,石粉最佳掺量分别为5%、10%和15%;水灰比在0.45、0.55和0.6时,石粉最佳掺量分别为10%、15%和20%。
英文摘要:
      As a by-product derived from the manufacturing process of machine-made sand, stone powder can not only improve the workability and compactness of the slurry, but also improve the later strength of the mortar. By studying the influence of stone powder content on the working performance and mechanical properties of machine-made sand mortar under the conditions of different sand-cement ratio and water-cement ratio, the best content of stone powder under different conditions is determined. The results show that under the conditions of comprehensively considering the working performance and mechanical properties of the mortar, when the sand-to-cement ratio is 1∶1, 2∶1, and 3∶1, the best content of stone powder is 5%, 10% and 15% respectively; When the water cement ratio is 0.45, 0.55, and 0.6, the best content of stone powder is 10%, 15% and 20% respectively.
