| Vertical mill planetary gear main reducer is the core equipment of vertical mill operation. Inspection found a eccentric load problem of a JLP330B planetary gear reducer running for 2 000 h. Analyse the two-stage parallel helical gear pair meshing problem of the reducer , Step by step to find out the secondary transmission part of the reducer, the active parallel helical gear shaft system and the driven helical gear shaft system center lines are not parallel, successfully troubleshooting. |
