| 本文介绍了水泥中六价铬的来源及对人体的危害，并对新型六价铬还原剂在水泥生产中的应用进行了总结分析。应用结果表明，1.0‰的添加量可将P·O 42.5水泥中可溶性六价铬含量从23.72 mg/kg降至7.27 mg/kg（小于10 mg/kg的限定值），吨成本在5元左右且对水泥性能基本不产生影响，为水泥行业环保降铬提供了新思路。 |

| This paper introduces the source of hexavalent chromium in cement and its harm to human body and analyzes the application of new hexavalent chromium reducer in cement production. The application results show that the content of soluble hexavalent chromium in P·O 42.5 cement can be reduced from 23.72 mg/kg to 7.27 mg/kg (less than the limit value of 10 mg/kg), the cost is about 5 RMB per ton, and the performance of cement is almost unaffected. It provides a new idea for the green reduction of soluble chromium in cement industry. |
