      硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)是一种具有烧成温度低、CO2排放量少、早期强度高、凝结快、后期强度稳定、低碱度等许多优良特性的胶凝材料,且原料取材范围较广,因此广泛受到研究人员的关注。本文从利用工业固废制备水泥熟料的角度介绍了目前关于硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料和贝利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料制备的国内外研究现状,包括固废原料、熟料的煅烧制度、矿物组成和力学性能等内容。同时对国内外研究成果进行了总结分析,展望了硫铝酸盐水泥熟料未来的研究方向。
英文摘要:
      Sulphoaluminate cement has been widely concerned by researchers because of its excellent properties such as low firing temperature, high early strength, fast setting, stable strength, corrosion resistance and low alkalinity, and the raw material is widely used. This paper introduces the current preparation of sulphoaluminate cement clinker, alite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker and belite-sulphoaluminate cement clinker from the perspective of using industrial solid waste to prepare cement clinker. The research status includes solid waste materials, calcination system of clinker, mineral composition and mechanical properties. At the same time, the research results at home and abroad were summarized and the future research directions of sulphoaluminate cement clinker were prospected.
