| Through the use of modern information technology, the whole life cycle management of cement equipment has been studied, and the management information system of cement equipment has been established. The dynamic operation data and inspection data of the equipment are collected and managed uniformly through online monitoring or intelligent inspection. According to the structure of the equipment and common failure forms, deploy equipment measurement points and plan intelligent inspection routes;Early warn equipment operation status, monitor equipment operation trends, timely detect and early warn of equipment failures through modern analysis and testing tools. |
