| The circulating fluidized bed desulfurization ash produced by the thermal power plant using lignite as fuel is used in the cement production of our company's 2 500 t/d new dry kiln production line. Due to the high total sulfur content in lignite and large fluctuations, the desulfurization during the desulfurization process The proportion of the desulfurization agent also fluctuates greatly. The clinker, slag, and desulfurization ash are respectively ground with a small mill and then tested. On the basis of the test, in addition to the ultrafine grinding of the desulfurization ash, it is necessary to solve the homogenization of the desulfurization ash. And f-CaO digestion problem, through technological transformation, the system equipment and process are more suitable for adopting desulfurization ash compound technology. |
