      普通油井水泥用于盐膏层固井时易产生增稠、溶解等各种问题,给固井作为带来安全风险。本研究通过开发一种喷雾造膜技术,降低出磨水泥温度的同时在水泥表面形成钝化膜,并通过探究冷却液量、盐水浓度、地层温度的影响优化水泥性能,成功研发生产出盐膏层固井专用水泥,使水泥遇盐水时仍能保持良好的流动性和固井强度。
英文摘要:
      When ordinary oil well cement is used for cementing in salt-gypsum formations, various problems such as thickening and dissolution are likely to occur, which brings safety risks to cementing. In this research, a spray film-making technology was developed to reduce the cement grinding temperature while forming a passive film on the surface of the cement, and to optimize the cement performance by exploring the influence of the amount of coolant, salt water concentration, and formation temperature, and successfully developed and produced salt paste special cement for layer cementing, so that the cement can still maintain good fluidity and cementing strength when exposed to salt water.
