| 安全是企业生产的头等大事。现在国家对水泥厂安全生产的管理和监督越来越重视，工程建设初步设计阶段就必须编制独立的《安全专篇》。2018年发布并实施了《新型干法水泥生产安全规程》，规定了一系列强制性的安全技术要求。例如，油浸式变压器必须设置100%变压器油量的储油池；总降、高低压配电室等重要部位须设置应急照明和疏散指示照明；成排布置的配电屏长度超过6 m时，屏后通道应设置两个出口；皮带机等输送设备的拉绳开关和斗提急停按钮等在停车后不得自动恢复，必须手动恢复等。我公司近阶段总承包的部分大型水泥工程项目均已按一级安标的要求进行设计，本文就电气设计中经常遇到的几个事关安全的问题进行分析和探讨。 |

| As a product of the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and industrial economy under the digital wave, the Industrial Internet has made positive progress in many industries, but its application in the cement equipment industry is still in its infancy. Based on the current situation of cement equipment industry in China, this paper analyzes the structure of the industrial Internet platform, and further expounds the typical application scenarios such as intelligent production management, intelligent equipment research and development, intelligent equipment management and predictive maintenance, so as to provide inspiration for the exploration of industrial Internet application in cement equipment industry. |
