      对一例大型异步电机绕线转子烧损的原因进行分析,从运营维护的角度给出预防维护措施,并在DCS控制系统中基于中材国际(南京)自主开发的中压绕线式电机FC201模块设计出一套大型异步电机启停时间保护精细化管理的控制模块,从而保证此类电机的操作可靠性和正常的使用寿命。

      This paper described the burning process of a large asynchronous motor wound rotor and analyzed its reasons. From the perspective of operation and maintenance, the author provides some preventive measures. On the basis of Sinoma (Nanjing) self-developed module FC201 for medium voltage wire-wound motor, a motor control module for fine management of large asynchronous motor start-stop time protection was designed in the DCS control system, so as to ensure the operational reliability and normal service life of the same or similar type motors.
