| 本文通过对预热器冷态结皮清理现有解决办法的探讨，论证了工业机器人在预热器冷态结皮清理中应用的可行性。通过设计具体的工业机器人方案，介绍了结构及工作流程，并和常规方法做对比分析。结果表明，工业机器人在预热器冷态结皮清理中，能够解决人员的安全、环保和劳动强度问题，具有很好的开发前景。 |

| This article discusses the existing solutions for preheater cold crust cleaning, and demonstrates the feasibility of industrial robots in the preheater cold crust cleaning. By designing a specific industrial robot scheme, the structure and work flow are introduced, and compared with conventional methods. The results show that the industrial robot can solve the problems of personnel safety, environmental protection and labor intensity in the cold state skinning cleaning of the preheater, and has a good development prospect. |
