      本文介绍了新疆某公司2 000 t/d熟料生产线烧成窑尾采用大温差预热预分解系统技术改造后,对镁渣大比例替代石灰石配料进行了工业应用研究。结果表明,镁渣替代石灰石的配比由10%提高到18%以上时,在有效利用大温差预热预分解系统的工艺优势的同时,通过优化配料和煅烧等措施,实现了熟料煅烧系统的运行稳定和优质高产,大幅度降低了烧成能耗和生产成本,效果显著,各项技术指标达到同规模熟料生产线的领先水平。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduces the research on industrial applications of magnesium slag with large proportion to replace limestone for ingredients in 2 000 t/d clinker production line which adopted technological modification of preheating and predecomposition system with Large temperature difference in XinJiang. the result shows that when the ratio of magnesium slag to limestone is increased from 10% to more than 18%,the technological advantages of large temperature difference preheating predecomposition system are effectively utilized,meanwhile, by optimizing the proportioning and calcining,the operation stability and high quality and high yield of clinker calcining system are realized , and the firing energy consumption and production cost are greatly reduced, the effect is remarkable, and each technical index reaches the leading level of the same scale clinker production line.
