      利用超细粉磨工艺,制备出比表面积≥700 m2/kg的超细钢渣粉、超细S95矿粉。设计超细钢渣粉与超细S95矿粉按质量比7∶3、6∶4、5∶5复合,制得超细复合粉,并对其活性指数、流动度比、需水量比、初凝时间比、安定性进行测试。结果表明:超细钢渣粉28d活性指数达到100%、流动度比达到130%;各复合比例的超细复合粉7d、28d活性指数分别超过100%、95% ,需水量比均小于95%,流动度比均大于120%,初凝时间比、安定性合格,均能达到S95矿粉要求。
英文摘要:
      Ultrafine steel slag powder and ultrafine S95 ore powder with specific surface area ≥ 700 m2/kg were prepared by ultrafine grinding process. The superfine steel slag powder and the superfine S95 mineral powder were designed to be compounded according to the mass ratio of 7∶3, 6∶4 and 5∶5, and the superfine composite powder was prepared. The activity index, fluidity ratio, water demand ratio, initial setting time ratio and stability were tested. The results show that the 28d activity index and fluidity ratio of ultrafine steel slag powder are 100% and 130%, respectively, and the 7d and 28d activity indexes of each composite proportion are over 100% and 95%, the water demand ratio is less than 95%, the fluidity ratio is more than 120%, the initial setting time ratio and stability are qualified, all of which can meet the requirements of S95 mineral powder.
