      水泥生产企业为高能耗企业,其中熟料烧成系统电能约占整体电能消耗的17%~27%。根据三条水泥熟料生产线烧成系统跟踪统计结果,分析烧成系统的电耗基本组成(物料输送、气流体传送及生产辅助),针对分析结果,提出相应的节能降耗措施。

      Cement production enterprises are high energy consumption enterprises, in which the power consumption of clinker burning system accounts for 17%~27% of the total power consumption. According to the tracking and statistical results of firing system of three cement clinker production lines, the basic composition of power consumption (material transportation, gas&fluid transmission and production auxiliary) of the firing system is analyzed. According to the analysis results, corresponding energy saving measures are proposed.
