      机制砂作为混凝土细骨料一直存在质量波动的难题,尤其是石粉含量的变化,是混凝土质量控制的关键,本文通过试验确定机制砂石粉合理的掺量,建立基准配合比,生产配合比通过调整机制砂、碎石以及掺加干混砂浆生产系统的收尘石粉达到与基准配合比一致,从而保证混凝土质量稳定,研究结果发现15%的石粉掺量可以带来最高的混凝土性能改善,而通过求解线性方程组或者矩阵可以实现三种物料在超径和逊径情况下与基准配合比一致,石粉含量的检测速度是实现控制及时性的关键,应该研究标准石粉含量与颗粒自然休止角的关系,以便实现在线监控。

      Mechanism of sand as fine aggregate concrete has been the existence grain composition fluctuation problem, especially the change of the stone powder content, is the key to the concrete quality control. based on the test to determine the reasonable mechanism sand powder dosage, establish a benchmark mixture ratio, production mixing proportion by adjusted mechanism sand, gravel, and the dust of mixed with dry mixing mortar powder production system to agree with benchmark mixture ratio, so as to ensure the quality of concrete is stable, the results of the study found that 15% of stone powder content can bring the highest concrete performance improvement, and by solved system of linear equations or matrix can realize three kinds of materials under the condition of super diameter and inferior grain agree with benchmark mixture ratio, The detection speed of stone powder content is the key to control the timeliness. The relationship between the standard stone powder content and the natural resting Angle of particles should be studied in order to realize on-line monitoring.
