| 本文从中材国际南京尼日利亚水泥工程项目的特点入手，分析了该轮项目既有其他海外工程项目物流港口、海运加国外内陆运输的共性，同时深入探讨了地处西非的尼日利亚国家物流的自身特性。另外，还从四个方面分析了诸多客观因素造成的这轮项目本身物流操作的难处，由此引出了需要解决这些问题并顺利完成项目物流操作必须开动脑筋，运用管理创新，解决遇到的物流问题以实现公司项目的经济效益。 |

| Based on the characteristics of Nigeria cement project of Sinoma, this paper analyzes the commonness of Logistics Port, sea transportation and inland transportation of other overseas projects in this round of project, and deeply discusses the characteristics of Nigerian National Logistics in West Africa. In addition, it also analyzes the difficulties of logistics operation of the project itself caused by many objective factors from four aspects, which leads to the need to solve these problems and successfully complete the logistics operation of the project. We must use our brains, use management innovation to solve the logistics problems encountered, so as to realize the economic benefits of the company's projects. |
