水泥熟料各生产工艺环节都可能导致熟料中产生一次、二次f-CaO,这些工艺条件包括:原料矿物结晶尺寸和杂质含量、配料率值、生料细度、均化效果、欠烧、轻烧、慢冷、还原气氛等,通过熟料的岩相结构观察,根据岩相结构特征。发现f-CaO的存在状态,可以用矿物相互参照以及排除法找到导致f-CaO的形成的具体工艺环节,从而指导生产。 |

Cement clinker in each production process may result in clinker produced in primary and secondary f-CaO, the process conditions include: raw mineral crystal size and impurity content,batching rate value,raw material fineness,homogenization effect,underfiring calcining、light calcining、slow cooling,reduction atmosphere calcination,etc.,By observation of petrographic structure of clinker according to the characteristics of lithofacies structure.Discover the existence state of f-CaO,the specific processes leading to the formation of f-cao can be identified by mineral cross-reference and elimination so as to guide production. |
