      阐述了二恶英的理化特性和水泥窑协同处置固废抑制二恶英生成的技术优势。基于焚烧过程中二恶英的生成条件,结合水泥窑的生产工艺,分析了水泥窑协同处置固废过程中生成二恶英的最主要途径为从头合成反应,其反应区域主要为旋风预热器C1级和SP余热锅炉。从源头控制方面,分别比较不同固废种类和固废处置量以及不同预处理工艺对水泥窑窑尾烟气中二恶英的排放水平及其毒性当量分布和特征。同时,介绍了水泥厂可配备的袋式除尘器和SCR技术对水泥工艺后端烟气中二恶英的高效降解捕集效果,凸显出水泥窑协同处置的优势。
英文摘要:
      The physical and chemical characteristics of dioxins and the technical advantages of solid waste co-processing technology in cement kiln for inhibition of dioxins were described. Based on the formation conditions of dioxins during the incineration and combined with the production process of cement kiln, the main way of generated dioxins during wastes handling in cement kiln originated from the De novo synthesis and the reaction area were mainly first stage of cyclone pre-heater and suspension pre-heater. From the aspect of source control, the emission level and the toxic equivalent distribution and characteristics of dioxins in the flue gas of cement kiln with different types, disposal amount and pre-treatment processing of solid waste were compared. Furthermore, it was introduced that the bag filter and the SCR technology equipped in the cement process could effectively de-grade and trap dioxins, high-lighting the advantages of solid waste co-processing technology in cement kiln.
