钛白粉渣为一般固废,主要成分为硫酸亚铁。我厂水泥熟料铬含量较高,为了控制水泥中水溶性铬(VI)含量,进行了钛白粉渣消解水泥中水溶性铬(VI)的室内试验和生产实践。结果表明:随着钛白粉渣掺量的增加,水泥中水溶性铬(VI)含量降低,但降铬效果随水泥温度提高、储存时间延长而变差;掺入适量的钛白粉渣,并结合降低水泥温度等技术措施,可有效和稳定地降低水泥中水溶性铬(VI)含量,使水泥满足GB 31893—2015的限量要求,对水泥其它性能也无明显不利的影响。 |

Titanium dioxide slag is a kind of general solid waste, and its main component is ferrous sulfate. The chromium content of the cement clinker of our plant is relatively high. In order to control the content of water-soluble chromium(VI) in cement, laboratory tests and production practices on the digestion of water-soluble chromium (VI) in cement with titanium dioxide slag were carried out. The results show that as the content of titanium dioxide slag increases, the content of water-soluble chromium(VI) in cement decreases, but the effect of reducing chromium becomes worse as the temperature of the cement increases and the storage time prolongs. Technical measures such as lowering the temperature of the cement can effectively and steadily reduce the content of water-soluble chromium(VI) in the cement, so that the cement meets the limit requirements of GB 31893—2015, and has no obvious adverse effects on other properties of the cement. |
