| 随着中国电力市场化改革的深入和推进，在新能源电力陡增的市场环境下，高耗能工业随着煤炭市场价格的不断上涨，节能减排和可再生能源使用比率等政策压力不断增加，尤其是水泥行业面临着国内产能过剩和环境要求越来越高的双重压力。因此，本文主要介绍新时期的水泥工业如何根据自身的特点，充分利用电力市场改革的规律和政策红利，实现水泥工业在新市场、新环境、新挑战下的新发展。 |

| With the deepening and advancement of China's electricity market reforms, under the market environment with a sharp increase in new energy power, the policy pressures of high energy-consuming industries have continued to rise with rising coal market prices, energy conservation and emission reduction and renewable energy usage ratio, especially the cement industry is facing the dual pressure of domestic overcapacity and increasingly high environmental requirements. Therefore, this article mainly introduces how the cement industry in the new era can make full use of the laws of power market reform and policy dividends according to its own characteristics to realize the new development of the cement industry under new markets, new environments and new challenges.ocess design is the primary link and important component of cement plant engineering design, and is the basis and foundation of engineering project construction. This paper discusses in detail the basic principles to be followed in the process design of cement plant from the following aspects: the objectives and requirements of cement project construction, the construction conditions of the project, the relevant influencing factors in various aspects, and the feasible process scheme. |
