| 有机硅材料是现代工业及日常生活不可或缺的高性能材料，然而硅粉在加工过程中存在着一定的爆炸风险。基于硅粉爆炸的要素，给出了防止硅粉尘爆炸的安全技术措施，重点提出采用加装密闭性能好的加装轮辐转子式块状物料定量给料装置密，该装置取代原始的皮带秤，从而有效降低立磨中的氧含量，能够大大减少硅粉加工过程中的爆炸风险。 |

| Silicone material is an indispensable high-performance material in modern industry and daily life. However, there is a certain explosion risk in the processing of silica powder. Based on the factors of silica fume explosion, the safety technical measures to prevent silica fume explosion are given. It is emphasized to install a fixed quantity feeding device with spoke rotor type with good airtight performance, which replaces the original belt scale, so as to effectively reduce the oxygen content in the vertical mill and greatly reduce the explosion risk in the process of silica fume processing. |
