      通过表面宏观分析、原材料化学成分分析、材料金相微观组织分析、显微硬度测试、管束外表面微观腐蚀形态分析、管束外表面腐蚀产物EDS微区成分分析对空预器换热管迎风面首排管减薄穿孔的原因进行了分析,并提出了应对措施加以改进,确保空预器换热管有一个合理的使用寿命。

      The causes of the first row of air preheater heat exchange tubes' thinning and perforation on the windward side are analyzed by surface macro analysis, chemical composition analysis of raw materials, metallographic microstructure analysis of materials, microhardness test, micro corrosion morphology analysis of the outer surface of tube bundles, EDS micro area composition analysis of corrosion products on the outer surface of tube bundles, and the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure that there is one air preheater heat exchange tube A reasonable service life.
