| 耐火预制件是将不定形耐火材料定形化，兼具有定形和不定形的优点。本文针对耐火预制件的特点以及在原料配比、形状设计等方面的要求，根据水泥窑不同部位的使用条件，分别介绍了篦冷机矮墙及顶部预制件、三次风管弯道预制件、三次风管闸板预制件、窑头罩预制件，为水泥窑用耐火材料的长寿化提供了方法，具有良好的应用前景。 |

| Refractory prefabricated parts is a kind of shaped refractory, which has the advantages of both fixed and amorphous. According to the characteristics of refractory prefabricated parts and the requirements of raw material ratio and shape design, and the service conditions of different parts of cement kiln, the prefabricated parts of grate cooler low wall and top, the prefabricated parts of tertiary air duct bend, the prefabricated parts of tertiary air duct ram and kiln head cover are introduced respectively, which provides a method for the long-life of refractory materials for cement kiln and has good application prospects. |
