| 概要介绍了水泥行业淘汰落后产能相关政策，探讨了在此背景下将水泥熟料生产线改成煅烧冶金石灰生产线的可能性、技改方案及效益。结果表明，不论是改造成块状石灰生产线还是粉状石灰生产线，技术和经济上均是可行的。这对于盘活处于尴尬境地的小水泥熟料生产线，无论从产业政策、产品竞争力，还是从工厂生存、发展考虑都将是不错的选择。 |

| This paper briefly introduces the policies related to the elimination of backward production capacity in cement industry. Under this background, the possibility, technical modification and benefit of changing cement clinker production line into calcining metallurgical lime production line were discussed. The results show that it is feasible in technology and economy whether it is transformed into block ash production line or powder ash production line. For revitalizing the small cement clinker production line in an awkward position, it will be a good choice regard of industrial policy, product competitiveness, or factory survival and development. |
