      将膨胀珍珠岩按掺量0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%等体积替代玻化微珠制备复合保温砂浆,研究其掺量对保温砂浆力学性能、保温性能、耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明,当珍珠岩掺量为40%时,保温砂浆的综合性能最佳。玻化微珠与珍珠岩作为复合骨料,可降低骨料之间的孔隙率,改善孔结构,降低干密度,改善砂浆保温及其它性能。
英文摘要:
      This paper studiesthe influence of expandedperlitein 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100% proportion instead of glazed hollow bead in the same volumeto prepare inorganic composite Thermal Insulation Mortar , on mechanical property,thermal insulation and durability of thermal insulation mortar . The test results show that, whenexpandedperlite dosage is 40 %, the comprehensive performance is best.Expandedperlite and glazed hollow bead as the composite aggregate, can decrease the porosity between aggregate and improve pore structure, reduce the dry density, improve the thermal and other properties.
