      目前研究提高粉煤灰活性常见的方法主要包括物理活化法和化学活化法。正交分析试验具有试验工作量小、代表性强等优点,考虑到工程实际应用情况,本研究提出一种多元激发剂复合的正交分析试验方法。本试验各因素变量为2%~3%的硫酸钠,0.5%~1.5%的电石渣,0.25%~0.35%的氢氧化钠,0.6%~0.8%的减水剂,进行四因素三水平正交法设计。通过砂浆凝结时间和7 d抗压抗折强度极差综合分析发现,影响砂浆工作性和力学性能的各因素主次顺序为电石渣>氢氧化钠>减水剂>硫酸钠。
英文摘要:
      The current methods for improving the activity of fly ash mainly include physical activation and chemical activation. Orthogonal analysis test has the advantages of small experimental workload and strong representativeness. Considering the practical application of engineering, this study proposes an orthogonal analysis test method for multi-energizer compounding. The factors of the test are 2% to 3% sodium sulfate, 0.5% to 1.5% calcium carbide slag, 0.25% to 0.35% sodium hydroxide, 0.6% to 0.8% water reducing agent, and orthogonal design of four-factor three-level. Through the comprehensive analysis of mortar clotting time and 7 d compressive and flexural strength, it is found that the main order of the factors affecting the workability and mechanical properties of the mortar is calcium carbide slag > sodium hydroxide > water reducing agent > sodium sulfate.
