| 针对我公司#1线4 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线电收尘设备已不能适应新的环保标准的要求、工艺运行参数波动较大，收尘效率也有较大波动等问题，把窑头电除尘器改造为低压长袋型除尘器，改造后运行阻力约820 Pa，最大排放浓度远低于环保要求，改造效果良好。 |

| For the dust collection equipment of our company's #1 line 4 000 t/d cement clinker production line, it has been unable to adapt to the requirements of new environmental protection standards, the fluctuation of process operation parameters is large, and the dust collection efficiency also has large fluctuations. The head electric precipitator was transformed into a low-pressure long bag type dust collector. After the transformation, the running resistance was about 820 Pa. The maximum emission concentration was far lower than the environmental protection requirements, and the transformation effect was good. |
