      本文采用两种六价铬还原剂,以不同掺量进行分析测试,并通过水泥大磨试验中的应用,研究其还原效果及化学稳定性,同时探讨了还原剂对水泥性能的影响。结果表明:水泥水溶性Cr6+含量随还原剂掺量的增加而降低,还原剂能够有效地降低水溶性Cr6+含量,0.1%掺量时可使Cr6+含量降至2 mg/kg以下,且产品R2还原能力优于R1;六价铬还原剂在大磨实验中呈现出较好的耐高温性能和化学稳定性,具有优异的还原效果和还原稳定性,同时对水泥生产工艺与水泥基本性能无较大影响,以期推动GB 31893—2015《水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)的限量及测定方法》标准的强制性实施,促进水泥产业的绿色健康发展。

      In this paper, two kinds of hexavalent chromium reducing agents were used to analyze and test with different dosages. The reduction effect and chemical stability were studied by the application of cement grinding experiment. The effect of reducing agent on cement performance was also discussed. The results show that the content of water-soluble Cr6+ in cement decreases with the increase of the amount of reducing agent. The reducing agent can effectively reduce the content of water-soluble Cr6+. When dosage is 0.1%, the content of Cr6+ can be reduced to below 2 mg/kg, and the R2 has more excellent reducing ability than R1; Hexavalent chromium reducing agent exhibits good high temperature resistance, chemical stability, the excellent reduction effect and reduction stability in cement grinding experiment, at the same time has no significant influence on cement production process and basic performance of cement. This will promote the mandatory implementation of the GB 31893—2015《Limitation and Determination Method for Water-Soluble Chromium (VI) in Cement》, and facilitate the green and healthy development of the cement industry.
