      热效率是水泥熟料冷却系统运行状况或性能评价的重要参数。以四条熟料生产线冷却系统的现场测试为基础,结合其物料平衡和热平衡结果,分析了二次空气和三次空气中熟料量对出窑熟料显热、可回收热量及冷却系统热效率的影响。经对冷却系统热效率与理论热效率进行比较,提出以可回收热量或实际可回收热量为基数计算真实热效率的方法。真实热效率既能如实反映冷却系统的热回收情况,也可应用于不同冷却系统热回收效率的对比。
英文摘要:
      Thermal efficiency is an important parameter to evaluate the operating condition or performance of cooling system. Based on material balance and heat balance field test results of the cooling system from four clinker production line, the influence of dust content of secondary and tertiary air on sensible heat of kiln clinker, recyclable heat and thermal efficiency of cooling system is analyzed, and the calculated thermal efficiency according to the relevant standard is compared with the theoretical thermal efficiency. The point is proposed that real thermal efficiency is calculated based on the recoverable heat or the actual recoverable heat of cooling system, which can not only accurately reflect heat recovery situation of the cooling system, but also make thermal efficiency of the different cooling system comparable.
