      针对非洲Ibese水泥熟料生产线出现的窑系统热耗、料耗、烧成电耗偏高,预热器飞灰量大,分离效率低等问题,以低投入、高产出的改造原则,通过对旋风筒进行局部改造,提高其分离效率, 进一步提高熟料产量,降低单位熟料热耗和电耗。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problems of high heat consumption、 high material consumption、 high burning power consumption, high ash amount of preheater and low separation efficiency of kiln system in Ibese cement clinker production line in Africa, the principle of low input and high output is adopted, the separation efficiency is improved, the clinker output is further increased and the heat consumption and power consumption per unit clinker are reduced through the partial transformation of the cyclones.
