      通过正交试验研究了装配式建筑套筒灌浆料各原材料对灌浆料性能的影响,对配比进行了调配优化,并通过单因素试验进一步研究了水灰比、减水剂掺量、保水增稠剂对灌浆料工作性和强度的影响。结果表明水灰比在0.24~0.25之间、减水剂掺量为0.75%、保水增稠剂掺量为0.15‰时套筒灌浆料具有良好的综合性能,不泌水,不离析,产品性能指标超过行业标准JG/T 408—2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》中的技术要求。
英文摘要:
      Orthogonal test was conducted to study the influence of raw materials on the performance of grouting material for assembled construction sleeve. The mixing ratio was optimized. The effects of water cement ratio, water reducing agent content and water retaining and thickening agent on the workability and strength of grouting material were further studied by single factor test. The results show that sleeve grouting material with water cement ratio between 0.24 and 0.25, water reducing agent content of 0.75%, water retaining and thickening agent content of 0.15, has good comprehensive performance, no bleeding, no segregation, and the product performance index exceeds the technical requirements of industry standard JG/T 408—2013 sleeve grouting material for steel bar connection.
