| S曲线一般用来表示项目的进度或资金随时间的变化曲线，能直观的体现实际进度与目标进度的数值与时间区间的动态关系，通过分析实际进度与目标进度的差值，能及时了解项目工程量完成或工程收款的进度状态，有效采取措施确保工程进度及工程款及时回收。本文就某水泥项目执行管理过程中S曲线的应用，探讨S曲线的应用效果及专业权重对S曲线的影响。 |

| S curve is generally used to represent the time-varying curve of project progress or funds. It can intuitively visualize the dynamic relationship between the actual progress and the target progress and the time interval. By analyzing the difference between the actual progress and the target progress, it can timely understand the progress status of project volume completion or project receipt, and take effective measures to ensure the timely recovery of project progress and project funds. In this paper, the application of S curve in the process of execution and management of a cement project is discussed. The application effect of S curve and the influence of professional weight on S curve are discussed. |
