| 水泥厂生料和水泥辊压机粉磨系统，辊压机物料循环一般选用板链或中央链式提升机，普遍存在能耗高、回料率高、安全隐患高、备件维护费用高等共性问题。我们着眼工艺适应性研究，创新研发辊压机循环重载胶带提升机，替代和改造原有板链或中央链提升机，并已在多个项目中取得成功应用。 |

| For grinding system of raw material and cement using roller press in cement plant，usually chain elevator had been used in conveying recycling materials，which had some problems in common including energy consumption, return rate, run security，spare parts cost，etc. Based on research of process applicability，we developed heavy load belt elevator for conveying recycling materials for roller press to replace chain elevator，which has been applied in several projects successfully. |
