      我公司下属一水泥企业周边循环流化床(CFBC)发电厂的固硫灰渣,相比烟气固硫(FGD)发电厂的炉渣,其氧化钙和f-CaO含量更高,而氧化硅含量更低,石英类的氧化硅物质更少,而硅铝酸盐矿物更多。将其作水泥混合材,试验结果表明水泥安定性均合格,其中固硫灰为细粉料,活性好,但需水量大,与外加剂适应性极差,少量应用于早强专用客户的P·C 32.5R水泥中可提高水泥强度,而固硫渣活性与FGD炉渣相当,与外加剂适应性较好,但f-CaO含量较高,限制了其掺量。将其少量掺入P·O 42.5水泥中可提高水泥与外加剂的适应性。

      Compared with the furnace slag of flue gas sulfur fixation(FGD) power plant, the sulfurous ash of recirculating fluidized bed(CFBC) power plant, which is a cement enterprise subordinate of our company, has higher content of calcium oxide and f-CaO, lower content of silicon oxide, less silica in quartz and more sialic acid mineral.Using as cement mixed material, the experimental results show that the cement stability are qualified, and the solid sulfur ash of fine powder, which has good activity,big water demand,bad adaptability of admixture, and a small amount applied to the early strength of dedicated customers P·C 32.5R cement can improve the cement strength, similar activity between the sulfurous ash and FGD furnace slag, better adaptability of admixture, but higher content of f-CaO ,which limits its content.Adding a small amount of mixed material in P·O 42.5 cement can improve the adaptability of cement and admixture.
